About US
Meet Kim Goss
This site serves as my digital archive, designed for personal trainers, strength coaches, athletes, and individuals seeking evidence-based resources.
I am a former strength coach for the U.S. Air Force Academy and was a volunteer assistant track coach at Brown University. I have designed and supervised workouts for Olympians across four sports, and my weightlifters have competed at the Senior and Junior World Championships.
Academically, I hold a master's degree in human movement, complemented by undergraduate studies in journalism. I was an editor at Runner’s World Publications and the editor-in-chief of Bigger Faster Stronger magazine. My articles have appeared in over 50 print publications.
