WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US
I've been training with Coach Goss since 2017. His constant support, guidance, and dedication to pushing me to be my best helped me earn a Division II softball scholarship. His training not only made me stronger physically but also mentally, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without him.

Among the sources I cited were Dr. Stuart McGill, Charles Poliquin, Carl Miller, Chris Beardsley, and a study on the effects of kettlebell training on sprint training. ... See MoreSee Less

Ava Andoscia with her parents on signing day for Stonehill College. “Today was a special day for our family,” says her mother, Julie Feldman Andoscia. “Ava signed her commitment letter to play golf at Stonehill College. There are no words to describe how proud we are of her. She has worked so hard for so many years and achieved her goal to play D1 golf in college. Dad and I can’t wait to see how the next four years go for you. Go be great, Peanut. We love you more than more.” ... See MoreSee Less
